Refund Policy

At Think Interior Design Academy, we stand behind the quality of our programs. We want you to feel confident enrolling, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at care@thinkinteriordesignacademy.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The course or program you purchased
- Your purchase date
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We will process your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Installment Payment Plans
If you enrolled using a payment plan (e.g., 3 × $199), you may request a refund within 14 days of the first payment date. Upon approval, any payments made will be refunded, and the remaining scheduled installments will be cancelled. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed, regardless of how many installments have been charged.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window has expired
- Accounts found to have downloaded, copied, or distributed course content in violation of our Terms of Service
- Certificates that have already been issued and downloaded
- Promotional or bundled offers explicitly marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
6. Specialization Courses
Post-certification specialization courses (e.g., Kitchen & Bath Design Mastery, Luxury Bedroom Design) are subject to the same 14-day refund policy. However, if a certificate of specialization has already been issued, the course is not eligible for a refund.
7. Access After Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your access to the course and all associated materials will be revoked. This includes any community spaces, live sessions, and downloadable resources included with your enrollment.
